Pure white, pure black, or another clean flat color works best. The cleaner the background, the cleaner the edge reconstruction.
No. IconSplit only needs one image to start. White, black, or other flat-color backgrounds simply help produce cleaner transparent edges.
You can try. Complex backgrounds make detection and edge cleanup harder, so review the results carefully before exporting.
Fringing usually comes from background color mixing, compression noise, or unstable transparency near shadows. Cleaner source backgrounds reduce it significantly.
You can upload PNG, JPG, and WEBP. Results can export as transparent PNG, WEBP, SVG, or a ZIP package depending on plan access.
Open the manual page, draw a box around the missing region on the original image, and export that icon separately.
